Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using HeyPond, including account responsibilities, subscriptions, acceptable use, and the limits that apply to the service.

Effective April 22, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HeyPond. By using the service, creating an account, or accessing any HeyPond site or application, you agree to these terms.

If you are using HeyPond on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Who provides the service

HeyPond is provided by Regulus Framework Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16998528. References to “HeyPond”, “we”, “our”, and “us” mean Regulus Framework Limited.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful or abusive content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use HeyPond in a way that breaches applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Your data and your responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the data, content, communications, contracts, forms, and client information you upload, store, send, or manage through HeyPond.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to collect, process, and communicate with your contacts and clients through the platform.

Subscriptions, billing, and changes

Paid features may require a subscription or other fees. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts using your selected payment method.

Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change pricing or plan features in the future, but any such change will apply prospectively and with appropriate notice where required.

Third-party services

HeyPond may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, email providers, calendars, storage providers, or communication tools. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions, and we may suspend or adjust integrations when required by those providers or by law.

Availability and service changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

From time to time we may perform maintenance, release updates, or take steps necessary for security, legal compliance, or platform stability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyPond is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulus Framework Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Where the law permits a monetary limitation of liability, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for HeyPond in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm HeyPond, our users, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, will continue after termination.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
