Define the offer clearly

Before creating the package, decide how many sessions are included, when credits expire, and whether you want one-time payment or a payment plan. Clear package rules prevent cleanup work later.

Build the package and choose the contact

Create the package in Packages, review the session count and price, then send the offer to the correct contact. If you use installment payments, double-check the cadence and totals before sending the checkout link.

Verify the buyer experience

Open the offer link yourself and walk through the page as if you were buying it. The page should explain what is included, what the client pays today, and what happens to the credits after checkout.
